The New Hamburg Skating Club, is a not-for-profit, volunteer, community-based skating Club. The NHSC has provided quality skating programs for the children, youth, and adults of Wilmot Township and surrounding areas for almost 50 years. We are a 500+ Skate Canada member Club that focuses on encouraging and developing skaters in an environment that promotes self-esteem and confidence.
Our Club offers programs for learning to skate (PreCanSkate and CanSkate), Figure Skating (Intro to Figure Skating, STAR 1-4 & STAR 4+), and Power Skating. All of our programs are taught by a team of Skate Canada trained and certified professional coaches (through NCCP) that have excelled as skaters and/or coaches in the sport of skating. Whether skating for pleasure or wanting to figure skate, speed skate, play hockey, or ringette, we are ready to help every skater achieve their personal goals.
