Coaching Philosophy: Having skated myself since the age of 5, I try to relate my own, personal skating experiences to how I approach coaching.  Having fun while learning new skills is, in my opinion, the best way to thrive in any sport.  So many valuable life skills can be learned through the sport of skating.  Although skating tends to focus on individual success, I also believe it is important to work together with other skaters so they can build each other up and celebrate each other's successes.  Each skater is unique and I make it my mission to build on their talents and their skills to help them achieve the goals they have set for themselves.  When I see my skaters learn and have fun, it is the best feeling in the world.
